Intuitive Eating 101 – ONLINE

Maybe you’ve heard of intuitive eating? As people start to wake up to the fact that diets FAIL 95% of the time (not to mention, make you feel crazy), intuitive eating has become really trendy. While trends can be awesome, it also means there’s a lot of misinformation about what it is and how it works.

This online series is a 5-week crash course to help you learn about intuitive eating straight from the original sourcebook by nutritionists Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. We’ll nerd out on research, facts about body image, and weight-neutral health. At the end of 5 weeks, you’ll have a better understanding of diet impacts on health, why restriction makes you feel crazy, and body image so you can decide if this practice is for you.

Investment: $250 for all 5 sessions which includes worksheets and materials

A little more: Intuitive eating is NOT a diet or a lifestyle change plan. (Getting clear about that is part of the reason for this group!)
